A tealight and candle holder handmade in Zimbabwe from reclaimed, seasoned plantation-grown wood. Available in two sizes — large (18 x 10 x 10cm) and slender (17 x 7 x 7cm) — each piece holds either a traditional candle or a tealight (remove the small central spike if you want to use tealights only).
Made in small bush workshops using hand tools rather than machinery, these holders provide vital employment in rural communities. The reclaimed hardwood is polished with natural wax for a warm finish, and because each piece is shaped by hand, no two are exactly alike.
A fair trade piece suited to a mantelpiece, dinner table or garden setting, blending everyday function with genuine Zimbabwean craftsmanship.
