🔄 Can I Return or Exchange an Item?
Absolutely. You may return any item within 28 days of receipt, provided it’s:
•     Unused and undamaged
•     In its original packaging
•     With all tags and labels attached
We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you're unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest options and returning the one that doesn’t fit. Please note: return shipping is not covered unless we’ve made an error.

📦 How Do I Return an Item?

Please email our customer service team at discover@friendlytrading.co.uk before sending anything back.

• Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery
• If we’ve made a mistake (e.g. wrong item sent), we’ll cover return shipping and email you a prepaid label
• In some cases, a return may not be necessary—we’ll simply send a replacement
• For all other returns, shipping is at the customer’s expense
• Please use secure, protective packaging when returning items

🧾 Lost Your Return Label?
Return labels are sent by email. If you’ve misplaced yours, just get in touch and we’ll resend it.

❗ My Order Isn’t What I Expected

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

1. Take clear photos of the issue
2. Email us at discover@friendlytrading.co.uk with details
3. We’ll respond within 48 hours and offer a replacement, refund, or discount, depending on the situation

Please contact us before returning any item—we may be able to resolve it without a return.

💭 Changed Your Mind?

No problem. If you simply don’t love the item, you’re welcome to return it—just ensure it’s in “as new” condition, with original packaging and labels intact.

⏳ How Long Do Returns Take?

Return timing depends on your chosen courier. Once we receive your item:

• We’ll confirm receipt by email
• Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days
• Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to complete the transaction
